4. YouTube API Services
VividMotion uses YouTube API Services so you can post your reels to your own YouTube channel as Shorts. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How Google handles your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- What we access: your channel's ID, title, handle and profile picture, so we can show which channel is connected, and permission to upload videos to that channel. We do not read your videos, comments, subscribers or analytics.
- How we use it: only to upload a video when you press Post to YouTube, with the title, description, visibility and made-for-kids setting you choose. We keep a record of each upload (the video's ID and link, the channel and those settings) so the dashboard can show where a reel went.
- Storage: the access and refresh tokens Google issues are stored on our servers and used only for uploads you start.
- Sharing: we do not share YouTube data with anyone, sell it, or use it for advertising. VividMotion does not show third-party advertising.
- Revoking access: disconnect the channel on your Account page, which revokes our access at Google and deletes the stored tokens, or revoke it at any time from your Google security settings.
- Deletion: to delete your upload records as well, contact privacy@vividmotion.io.
5. LinkedIn
You can connect your own LinkedIn profile so VividMotion can post your reels to it as videos. Your use of LinkedIn stays subject to the LinkedIn User Agreement.
- What we access: your LinkedIn member ID, name, profile picture and email address, so we can show which profile is connected, and permission to post on your behalf. We do not read your feed, connections or messages.
- How we use it: only to post a video when you press Post to LinkedIn, with the text and audience you choose. We keep a record of each post (its ID and link) so the dashboard can show where a reel went.
- Storage: the access token LinkedIn issues is stored on our servers and expires after 60 days. We do not share LinkedIn data with anyone or use it for advertising.
- Revoking access: disconnect LinkedIn on your Account page, which deletes the stored token, and remove VividMotion under Permitted services in your LinkedIn settings.
