How to Delete Your Data
You can request deletion of your data from VividMotion.io at any time. Follow these steps:
Sign in to your account
Go to vividmotion.io/auth/signin and log in with your account.
Delete your account
Go to Account → Danger zone → "Delete my account", and confirm by typing your email. Deletion is immediate. You can download an export of your data from the same page first.
Can't sign in?
If you've lost access to your account, email privacy@vividmotion.io from the address on the account with the subject "Delete My Account" and we will process your request within 48 hours.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account information (email, name, profile picture)
- Connected Instagram account access tokens
- All content you created (posts, images, videos)
- Follower tracking history and metrics
- Scheduling data and publishing history
Delete From Instagram
You connected your Instagram account to VividMotion.io using Instagram Login. You can remove the app and request deletion of your data directly from Instagram:
- Open Instagram → Settings and activity → Apps and websites
- Find VividMotion.io and choose Remove
Removing the app automatically notifies our servers (via Instagram’s deauthorize and data-deletion callbacks) to revoke access and permanently delete the data associated with that account.
Processing Time
Self-serve deletion from the Account page is immediate, and a confirmation email is sent when it completes. Emailed requests are processed within 48 hours. Some data may be retained in backups for up to 30 days before being permanently removed.
