When you use VividMotion.io, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and Instagram account details when you connect them. We also collect usage data such as content created, render jobs submitted, and feature interactions to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the VividMotion.io service, including rendering videos, publishing content to your connected Instagram accounts, and personalizing your experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Instagram & Meta API Data

When you connect your Instagram account, we access it through Meta's official Graph API with OAuth 2.0. We only request the permissions necessary to publish content on your behalf. We do not store your Instagram password.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in MongoDB with encrypted connections. Rendered videos are stored in Cloudflare R2 cloud storage. We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS, OAuth 2.0, and secure credential management.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

6. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You can disconnect your Instagram account and delete your VividMotion account through the settings page.
